Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before proceeding with a purchase or attempting to contact us. As a condition of visiting or shopping this Web site you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which are updated from time to time. You must further agree that your continued use of this Web site after any such update signifies your acceptance of any changes. Special Notice: Massage Warehouse reserves the right to cancel any order, with or without showing cause, at which time the Cardholder will be notified
All goods remain the property of Massage warehouse until paid for in full.
Any freight charges will be added when the order is recieved by us,we will endevour to keep all chrges as low as possible.
Goods will be sent as soon as possible mostly same day, sometimes we are dictated to by courier arrival times, In New Zealand South Island deliveries are usually overnight and North Island 48 hrs, large orders may take longer to prepare and we we may also be at the mercy of our suppliers but in general all goods advertised on the Web Site are available to be shipped immediately.
Any dispute or dissatisfaction of goods recieved must be notified to us within 7 days of reciept of order, any returns must be in new as sold, unused condition unless broken by courier, all goods on our Web Site are as described and pictured, any return freight will be at your expense unless for damaged goods.
Please make sure your delivery address and billing address are clear and correct, any special instructions eg: leave at desk, leave by door, leave in letter box, must also be clear and correct, these special instructions will be followed but will also be at your risk, most times a courier will require a signiture for the goods, if there is no one home when courier delivers goods will be taken back to there depot and require a TRACK and Trace, track and trace numbers will only be given out on request.
